At Dropify, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Return Process:

  2. Provide Details: Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. This will help us process your request efficiently.

  3. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

  4. Package Items: Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation included.

  5. Ship Return: Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Certain items may be ineligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. Please contact us for further information.

Refund Process:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges:

  • 14 Days exchange policy. 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
